No they are very easy
When its all said and done , its only 2 bolts and a couple tabs
Splice a couple wires and bada bing
If your talking about the HID's thats even easier
Find a power and a ground ( the jump start terminal on the fuse box, and one of the bolts on the shock, I think its even labeled ground) and the rest is plug and play

The only problem I have now is getting a H1 HID bulb, the HID kit I had was a 9007 kit and the new lights came with H1's. Once you have HID's you can't do back, I can't see a damn thing, lucky for me I put in Piaa foglights that are blinding so it works.

Do you think I will just be able to swap the bulbs or do I have to order a whole new kit, I have the 6000k kit with Philips Balast, if I go oh well its worth it, they look good now but with the HID's it should be sick.

cobaltspeced- Could you post a picture with a better shot of them stripes, are they paint or stickers, and how much did they run you? I looked through your images but theres no full car shot in there

That pic I put up was done right after I put them in so heres a better one...Oh alright I'm just a ***** and wanted to slap up a better pic, so shoot me

I can post pics of the whole car, the stripes are vinyl, and i bought the car with them on there. it a special edition LT model. the special edition has the rally stripes, premium wheels and spoiler. i looked at the sticker invoice and the package is called REVOLUTION PACKAGE EDITION. cost $995.00. i wasnt looking for one lke that but after i saw it i liked it.

Thumbs up

Anyone know what the trick is with these to adjust them? Mine kinda don't seem to shine out in front that far, or is that the point of them? My old man keeps telling me they are aimed down.

and pics

If you take the lights off and look inside or rather onj the back you will see some screws or bolts with flat head ends on them, thats how you ajust them, lucky for me mine were perfect right out the box, it doesn't look like it would be much fun.

The projectors are ment to cut off at a certain level, I doubt yours are aimed low, I think thats just how there supposed to be, so tell your old man he doesn't now what the hell he's talking about...I'm kidding don't do that

hmm. there are hex head bolts on either side of the low beam bulb on my lights. Think that would be the adjusters? Cause left to right my lights don't seem even on the road surface and only go forward about 20 - 30 feet. I mean, I've never had projectors before, so sorry if i come off as sounding dumb, these lights just didn't come with any paperwork and i am kinda in the dark.

If they are only going foward 20-30 feet than yeah maybe yours are not aimed right.
Now I didn't have to aim mine so take this with a grain of salt, but I'm guessing if you want to aim the lights higher screw the bottom ones in more and unscrew the top ones a bit, remember to make small ajustments, then test again, it might help you to run a piece of masking tape along the wall on a level line for reference.
I might be wrong about the bolts, it was only a guess by matter of deduction so if anyone knows for a fact thats not the way to do it please pipe up

if you look at the photo on the first page, you can see the two metallic bolts sticking out next to the low beam bulb. Thats all it has on the back, and like i said, no paperwork. Anyway, time for second shift at work, maybe someone will know.

So after much searching I find a place (local) that can get me H1 HID's and better yet kit replacements (Extended plugs). When I get them home I realize that the plugs are a bit smaller than the ones from my kit, So I cut the ones off my old bulbs and soder them on to the new ones and pray to god they are going to work...well they did

But now I'm running into the problem that there aimed to low, see for yourself

From the car to the wall is about 15 feet max, and the line from the lights is onle a couple feet off the ground.
But I figured out how to ajust them,
Foximus- The bolts on the back are what you use, clockwise (tighten) lowers the beam, counter-clockwise (loosen) brings them up higher, but I warn you inadvance its time consuming, got to take the lights out, ajust them , put them back in and then see if you got it right, if not or if they are uneven, you have to do it all over again. My suggestion is to make small ajustments, it will save you work in the long run
