Headlamp harness pin connectors corroded! Pin connectors part number help...
Ok so both headlights stopped working on my retrofits and when I checked them out to see what was wrong with them it ended up being the headlight harness that connects to the main harness.
Does any one know what type(part # etc) pin connectors are used?

I had the same problem, I looked forever for those damn things.
I finally remembered that I had a set of projectors in storage that had spider web crack all over them, so I took the harnes off those.
As for the part number, IDK but if you find it let me know, I don't need the part but I looked for so long I want to know just because the damn things beat me.
Had I not had the broken projectors, I was going to try to order just the plug and play harness, of even the relay one is only $20, just make sure it has 2 blue clips on it, some only need to connect on 1 side.
You would think that finding a 9007 harness wouldn't be that hard, but damn it not easy.
I don't know how crafty with the wires the OP is but Emp, you might want to give re-pinning the harness a try, just do both sides, you need the flat ones like you see in the stock stereo harness, if your shop is like any one I have been to , you have a bin or 2 of used radio harness laying around, I'm sure you could fund matching size pins in there.

Bump! I'm having the same problem as the OP. I need both female and male part# of the pin connection. I looked on gmpartsdirect and $69 for the connection doesn't sound right.

I had the same problem but i managed to fix it (dont know for how long though) I put a pin into the socket and removed some of the rust with scraping it and also putting some penetrating oil in there. It seems to be holding up. Best bet and cheapest way is going to a scrap yard and finding a wreck and cutting off the harness and splice it in.
