I do not have an ipod but i do always here good things about alpine, the main reason i want to switch it out is because my CD's always get stuck in the stock deck and the stock deck does not play CD's all the time clearly
this is the deck i was considering.

If you can show me a better one for under 200 i would take a look
thanks

For $40.00 more you can get this deck with 5 volt pre outs and built in Blue tooth.
If you don't have an Ipod then it shouldn't matter if it comes with the ipod adapter or if you have to buy it later.
If you have a bluetooth phone then trust me its a great option to have the bluetooth deck

^^
Thank you
The problem with stereos is once you have them you want to play them loud, this makes for many missed phone calls, if your like me, missing phone calls is not an option, Bluetooth will interupt the song with the phone rining, and if its like mine it will give you audiable and visual call display, voice dialing, some of the single din ones also do text messages right across the display, most of the double din ones do. and the beauty of blutooth is it does it all on its own, turn on the car, it kicks in turn off the car it kicks out. (or if you get a certain distance away from the car)
FYI- The bluetooth unit was an add on for my HU, it cost me about $175 Can
Thank you
