2)and when a amp says 2 ohm full range 225 watts and 4 ohm 100 watts full range would it mean i get 450 watts out of both my subs that alone each can pound 500 watts very comfusing to me

Easy buddy, you gotta let it run more than 30min to get a good answer.
Anyways to try to answer you.
1) No, you can use a 2 channel or a mono-block, or even a bridged 4 channel (if that's your thing)
2)I'm not quite sure what your asking here. How many channels is this amp? Specify number in relation to RMS or peak for the subs your looking at, as well as the amp.

Those subs that he has a link to are duel 2 ohm voice coils. So that wiring diagram doesn't work for these subs.
The amp is not going to power those subs as it is describe. You will have to wire those subs up to 4 ohm (I really doubt the amp will be able to handle a 1 ohm load) which will give your subs 100 W a peice.
Even if you were to get the duel 4 ohm speakers and would wire them down to 2 ohms you would still only be giving your subs 225 W each. With 220W there is a very good chance of clipping your amp and killing your subs because they will be under powered and you said you don't know much about audio so you would think to just throw your gains all the way up with high volumes to try to get them to bumb a little bit louder.
So all and all your amp probably needs an upgrade to handle those speakers. Also, I would like to add in that I am not a very big fan of the punch speakers/subs. The recent years the quality of production (not meaning sound quality) has dramatically decreased. The power series are still nice. Look for ones that say Txxx rather than Pxxxx (like those are P3D212)

are they DVC? i looked but must have missed that, brb in a sec with better info

hard to read for me but what you want to look for it
a mono amp that does around 500W Rms @2ohm, dont worry about peak too much
i honestly dont know if its possable to wire 2dvc subs to a 2ch amp at 2 ohm, i think you would have to go mono or 4 ch to get a 2ohm, but i could be wrong

the subs you linked to are the ones you need to get. That series of sub comes in either 2ohm or 4 ohm DVC (dual voice coil) and you need the 2 ohm ones to wire them to a final 2 ohm load.... Just warning you because if you go to a best buy location thats close to you they might give you the 4 ohm or what not without realizing it
