Hey all, im new but im a member over at yourcobalt as well.

no one could help me with this dilema so im over here, and im planning on chilling at both from now on.

I have an 07 ls coupe. with the non-pioneer sound system


it is the black tie radio. with the huge *** in the middle. My problem is this. I want to put subs and all in the car. I got the wiring harness from crutch field, and it wont fit. These radios have 2 diff. plugs in the back rather than one. And the colors dont match anything. I took it to a professional, and they said they could rig it to have the stock radio in the trunk so that all the chimes still work. But im pretty savy with car stereos and i wanted to do this myself. And i dont want to have my stock radio still hooked up and hidden in the car... thats dumb.

my question is? is there any wireing harness' for the 07's? and or soltice? and hhr?

i guess either of those vehicles would fit as well.

and what year up to does the soltice have that radio? 05+ or just 07 as well?

You'll have to do a search. I remember this coming up not too long ago. The wire harness for the '07's did change and someone posted the part number for it.

REALLY? THANK GOD! I currently have all the trim off my dash right now, cuz i dont want to put everything back together, and then have to take those clips out again and risk damage. I figured i would try here and get the wire harness ASAP!

i tried a search and couldnt find anything helpful. could someone help me out with a link or a part number of what i need?
