You can but I don't see any reason to need to get anywhere near the stock amp.

If your going to install an after market amp then you need to run all new wires for it, then just speaker wire to the sub, this can all be done in the trunk, only the RCA's and remote wire have to come from the HU,
The stock amp is on the fire wall above your clutch, way the hell up there, its silver and has heatsink fins on one side.

Its a bitch to get at and its not suggested, why don't you give us a detailed description of what yur trying to do, and we'll give you a few options, ones that may be easier then what your looking to do

If you want to connect the stock amp to the HU then you need a GMOS LAN adapter, it will convert the wires from the amp to RCA's to go to the new HU, if your car is a 07 or up then the GMOS LAN 04 is what you want.

Why not just get another amp and sub or better yet run your fronts off of channel 1+2 then bridged 3+4 together to run he sub

x2 if you have the pioneer package you can hook up the amp turn on wire to get power for your stock sub. but i would go with an aftermarket one anyway. 2 channel bridged (sub ran in series)
