HID Dimming Issue

I have a plug n play hid kit installed on gen 1 projos and not long after start up they will dim. not too much to affect visibility and become a hazard, but enough that its not as bright as they should be. anyone know the culprit? this is on a 2007 ss/sc

but yes, Relays should be used to isolate your HIDs and be able to flash your high beams.
