Hid pnp?
So I bought a "9007 Bi-Xenon hid kit", do I need anything else? I was told pnp, but when I hooded it up the passenger side started to smoke(on high beam). Hurried and tuned off. One of small wire melted alil. Let cool down. Turned on on low for about 10 mins and works fine. Switched to high and light flickered couple times and shut off. Now no high beams. Low works. Fuses for high beam under hood all good.

I installed an HID kit a while ago. it was "plug and play" except they had the wires wrong in their connector. all that happened to me was no high beams luckily. check the connector wiring. if you need it I can get you a wiring diagram of the stock lighting system at work tomorrow.
my solve was to remove the wires from the HID kit connector and reinstall them where they should have been in the first place.

hope that helps.
pink is high beam, orange is low beam, and black is ground. As for which wire is which on your HID kit, you might have to contact the manufacturer.
