Hooking up the wiring harness

I bought the expensive gmos-04 harness, which i read is the correct one. However, I'm sitting in my car now with my head unit out, and the harness doesn't seem to plug & play like it should. Any help?

Turns out I had the wrong harness. So I got the correct harness, the Scosche harness. However, I'm connecting it, and it seems like I'm going to need a headunit with 3 RCA's? Is this true?

you would want a hu with 3 rcas but you dont need one with it. If you just have 2 then u have to decide if its more important to have louder bass (if you have subs) or fade from front to back and y spilt whichever one u care less about. if you only have one then u have to y spilt as many times as u need

oh and if u got the Scosche harness im thinking of you could also cut the rca ends and just use the speaker wire from the deck amp but this technically isn't supposed to be done with the amped setup
