how can i repair a subs plastic

is there anyway u can repair the plastic in the middle of the sub would i have to use like apoxy or something i dont care how it looks as long as it works.

sounds like he cracked/chipped the plastic cone and wants to fix it

time for new sub then...take it to the dealer and have them get ya a new one

its not a stock sub. if the sub dont work oh well atleast i got a ported box out of it.

yea james i would say get a new sub...sounds like they dry rotted and i had this happen to subs b4 and basically it get worse...even if u try to fix it

depends on exactly what your talking about and what sub it is... best case your talking about the dust cap... in which case you should be able to get it replaced for very cheap
much worse case you mean the cone itself which would depend alot on the material the sub is made from (very possible it could be an ez fix... but also as possible its unfixable)

if you mean the surround then ive herd of ways to fix it but its iffy.. honestly small surround holes shouldnt be that bad big gashes are much harder if possible

try plastic model glue it used to work good (the stuff you could sniff LOL ... boy am i old) not sure about the new stuff .. let it dry over night.

Since he said the plastic in the middle, I'm going to guess he means the dust cap. Take a picture and post it up here, it will make it a lot easier for us to figure out what your problem is and if you can fix it or need a new sub.
