How to disconnect dealer's alarm

I couldn't found it in google, i just need to disarmed it, because i think is no working properly, when i'm driving when the car is off any time 24/7 the car lock and unlock by itself and that noise is driving me crazy, i disconnect the battery but didn't work, so I'm thinking in disconnecting the alarm, i don't care about that i can lock my car manually. If someone can help me i will appreciated.

Take it back and ask them to take it off

dealer installed alarm? as in a factory one or aftermarket? they could do both. if its aftermarket google "alarm brain" and "valet switch"

some dealers have an added alarm that can be an option... they hack the **** out of it but it does what it does if your clueless about cars and never want to harm your eyes by looking at the work lol
