Indash CPU Install Complete & Running (Vid & Pics)

Update 2/15/11
We now have our Tablets hooked into the PC & HP Tuners all hooked up, I even color matched the gauges to match the car (Vid below), the 2nd Vid Showing how you can change the skins to match your car or what ever color you want.
To answer a few questions that have been posted,
Yes it will hook up into your stock amp
I tapped into the Brown ACC wire coming of the igniton switch
The 2 units are independent from each other...so you don't need to buy both & if you do and the computer stops for any reason you still have all the headunit options.
The computer can be used in home or auto
The Headunit are available Now
The double din Bezel has to be trimmed to fit the headunit
The computer will be at least a month before it's ready for sale.
Ride Runner is just a program that comes with it minus the music I have
Like any other windows based computers Ride runner, Hp Tuners, and surfing the net can all be done at the same time!
Yes you can use a Tablet to interface with the unit, so far we have used a IPad & a Archos

The headunit comes with GPS, DVD, VCD, MP3, MPEG 4, CD-R, CD-RW, BlueTooth, it also has USB Touchscreen, VGA input for the computer, 2 video outs, Backup camera in, Aux video in.
The computer has 320GB of memory, Wifi, bluetooth, Windows XP sp3, and a new program called Ride Runner, it also has has 4 extra USB connection, 3D Graphics, and Host of other goodies....hell for that fact it is better than the laptop that I'm using to post this . watch the Video it shows you what Ride Runner is.
I also Mounted two amps:
1 Kenwood 720 watt for the speakers
1 Sound Ordiance 200 watt for the Sub.
I must say what a difference in sound...when watching a movie it sounds like a Movie Theater.
Here is a shot of the components, Innosoft G4 PC 1"x 5"x 7" , INNO 633PC headunit Double Din, Kenwood Amp, Sound Ordiance Amp Not shown here.

The system & before Painting

After painting

I gold leafed the power button

Options Mode, if you hit the blue arrow at the bottom right it takes you to the 2nd page of the modes & thats where the PC tab is.

Radio Mode

New Video using a Tablet outside the car to control the computer, this vid uses kid rocks raw version of cocky... so if you have sensative ears turn down the Volume!

Cool. How well does it work when you're on rough road? Don't you find it kind of cumbersome to use while driving?

Very slick though.

The drive is impact resistant, Ride runner is easy to run while driving all 1 touch. I haven't set it up yet but it has Voice activation also. I just got it all running this last weekend, still learning all the controls. The computer & the Headunit both come with GPS but the computer runs it in the back ground till it needs to tell you directions then disappears again. Ride runner can also be set to boot as soon as you start the computer, oh & by the way I will never hear anyone in the pass seat saying I'm bored on a long ride. We are also working on setting up a PC tablet to interface with the computer...so you could be in the back seat or out side the car & still interface with the computer.

The head unit is like any standard 1, but has a usb for the touchscreen & VGA connection, It's made by Innovatek, The computer is a Innosoft G4...the 1 I have is a proto type & will be out very soon. I am helping them get all the bugs worked outat the moment, by the way I searched for a long time before I went to this one, for the power & what it comes with for $650 dollars nothing came close, in total I spent $890 with shipping for the head unit & computer...pretty sure that the final sale price will be close to the same.

I'm interested in seeing the full specs of the PC.

Specifically:
CPU make/model/speed
RAM total/type

looks nice though!

Yea.. I looked at that also, I've been kicking this around for a couple years now, finally seen this & said what the hell. Very small and packs a good punch for a good price.

Thats why you have a tablet with a bigger screen interfaced with the computer, currently working on that, you would also be able to be out of the car & interface...now that would be nice As it is right now I sit in my office & work on that computer using.. Tight

Yea just don't put your money down yet , they show it on the site but it wont ship yet. But thats the price & I'm pretty sure it will hook up to the stock amp if you want it too.
