Installing interior leds?

I've been looking aroung the forums for a few hours now and decided the best way of hooking the interior led's up is directly into a fuse block. The only problem is I have no idea which one to hook it to. Im trying to hook up under dash lights that turn on automatically when it gets dark. Now I do not want to use a switch nor do I want to splice into anything. I also dont want any fires lol. Would anyone mind giving me a step by step or at least a description on where to hook these led strips to?

i think 'novanator' made a good thread on how he did his, if u search his name u might find the OP on it.

idk though it would honestly b best just running a switch, then its easy.

on a more serious note though, noone takes led's seriously anymore, no matter how cool ur car is its a dedicated 'ricer' thing nowdays.

I wired mine into my cigarette lighter wires.. (in the ions) the front one is off when the car is off, and on when the car is on, so there wasn't a chance of me leaving the lights on when the car was off even if the switch was in the on position.

But for the OP, that probably won't work since you aren't wanting to splice wires.

Easiest way is to use a "add a fuse" for the fuses behind the kick panel. Just pick something that turns on when your wanting those lights to come on and add it there and wire it up as usual.
