difficult not really. illegal hells to the yes. and in CA? holy ****. here no one cares about **** (i know a guy with double 5% tint all the way around and 20% on the windshiled) and you will get pulled over for that.

thats cuz everyone and there grandma has tinted windows in AZ, its so hot and bright there i bet theres quite a few ppl with 5% and darker

You should check with your local law enforcement about the legality of an item before you get one.

I'd imagine you would be fine though as long as you're using it for off road use and as long as you were not trying to impersonate law enforcement with it.

same reason everyone would want one... talk **** while driving. even off road use could probably be deemed illegal

I would imagine legally it would be similar to using a bullhorn/megaphone off road.

ya your probably right but id see cops less interested in a megaphone. I doubt its strictly illegal off road probably very illegal on road but depending on the situation i can see a dick cop pulling **** out of their ass just do to the pa system and either find some off charge to hit you with or want to search the car or whatever.... sometimes its best to just not and say you did and avoid all the hassle
