Unhappy Ipod and Speaker issue?

Ok so my stock pionerr system starting acted weird the other day, whenever i plug in my ipod in to jack and play, I hear more music coming from the right side speakers more than the left and it is now stuck like that. When i play a cd or the radio it is fine and i hear equally from both sides. I have correct setting for the balance and everything just seeing if anyone else has had this problem or what the problem could be?
how to fix it?
anyone
i will try a diff. ipod and new cord to see if that may be it

im guessing its your cord or where the ipod connector goes into the HU....since music from other sources does not have that issue it has to be something between the ipod and the headunit
