James, For everything you've done. please DO NOT waste money on speakers of this caliber by putting morels in the back of your door. Actually i can't believe any rep you are talking to would advise that. esp a morel one, now if you mean a dealer? well i'm sure their are some that only care about the sale and would advise it.

If you must brag about the cost and complexity of your system, why don't you do it in your own thread? Maybe even post a few pics? We've all been asking to see your system, so why don't you show us the money?
Okay, James, back to you!

They also help blend the front and rear stage together. My 8" play 50-140hz or 80-140hz (selectable from the head unit) and both my front and rear speakers play from 140hz and up, so the 8" are producing the mid bass for both the front and rear stage. Their placement at the rear of the door panel is perfect for this application.

Hah, okay? Not sure why you just had to chime in to say that. Sorry I just think that was a pointless contribution.

Well its up and running, however there was a forecast that it was going to snow here again today so we didn't pull everything out to mount it down. Right now it is running with the amp on the box (as seen in the last set of pics) and all the thin wires just used to tune. We still have to put the bigger battery terminals on, mount the amp on the floor behind the box, secure the box, upgrade the wires, and loom everything. Then it will be a real update worthy of more pics and a vid or two.
Of course in a month or so I'll have more updates when I get the door and center console all custom bonded and molded and have the Morel's installed, and also when I swap out the Arc 4ch for the Digital Designs S4. --And then again when I upgrade the subs to DD 3510's with a composite cone... So there's still more to go, but the inital setup will be done in the next day or so.

Will look great with my silver amps, and also keeping in mind I am painting my car white with a blue chameleon effect.
