Im at work and cant go friggin look in my trunk (i hate being away from my car lol) but i want to use the high imputs for my amp ima hook up tonight, which wires should i use, and what are they labeled. I do not want to use the 6x9 speakers as sources, i want to use what goes to the amp, as thats a clear bass tone channel. Pics? threads? Help? Searching the forums lead me on a wild goose chase...

what? the wires going into the amp are not a "bass tone channel" and using the rear 6X9's are the easiest and make the most sense. Do what you do thou and gj on using high level inputs

Well i was under the impression that the signal going from the deck to the sub did not have mids or highs, only low tones. Which is why i wanted to use that instead of 6x9 wires, after lookin i saw two blue wires and two green wires, going into the pioneer box, each one marked with a posative and a negative.

Anybody else?

ya the sub is a dvc with 2 different channels powering it supposivly bridged or something with the 6X9s off the amp. All signal off the deck is 20khz - 20hz but im not sure what the amp does in terms of freq and cutoffs

yea i guess ill just tear it appart saturday and take lots of pics and make a doc, so theres no more questions like this, i been meaning to trace the wires. Get her all hooked up saturday, i got all but the signal wires ran.
