Ok so i want to install a sub and amp using the factory hu and i purchased a Loc as refered by my research on this site. However i have questions, I want to setup the loc from the sub. Here are some pics i took to make sure i am doing this right.








So do i splice the wires from the factory connector to the loc?

if so which wires go where?
Factory connector wires are

Green/blackstripe
Powderblue/Blackstripe

Blue/Whitestripe
Teal

Loc has

White/whiteblack stripe
Gray/Grayblack stripe

tie white and grey together and white/black and grey/black together on the loc.

tie white and grey from loc into the blue white, then the white/black and grey/black into the light green/black.

???

Not sure what that was about. Is this guy correct?Also do i need to have the stock sub plugged in?

If you're wondering why it has a picture of two subs its because your sub is dual voice coil...

leave the stock sub unplugged btw.

also can't see from the small picture but if that LOC requires a ground make sure you ground it....it looks like that loc is one of those ones that plug directly into the amp though so it might not have a ground.

I can see how "this guy" sounded rude, should have just used your screen name. I knew from recent research that EmperorJJ1 knows his ****, i was just making sure you where correct. Obviously i knew nothing about installing a line out converter.
