so... im currently not staying at my house, and i went to my house to work on a few things with my car, well i begin to paint a headunit mounting kit, yesterday i primed it, today i did a coat of burgundy and well im like it will dry fast with a heat gun pointing at it.. well it was a smart idea for a bit, then i set it done still on pointing at it working on carpeting my trunk when im like ill go check on it and bam!!! half of it melted... lol cost me 20 bucks... ill just go by one close to me now!

well its an older one with no heat settings, just gets hotter... and wasnt thinking, it was about 2 feet away lol

i cant spray paint for ****, i always try to cover the entrie thing with one big gloppy coat and hope it works... instead of light coats... im too impatient
