looking for a mono block amp!

I have to kicker cvx 1500watt dual voice coils running 2ohm per voice coil subs in a ported box, what would be the best mono block amp that would push them to there limit. I dont wanna pop them but I wanna run at least a 2ohm base cuz they are stable at two ohm, but will they run 1ohm since they are dvc? Im no pro when it comes to amps and subs

Go to Car Alarm, Car Stereo, Mobile Video, and Cruise Control Info for Installers subwoofer wiring diagrams.

so you have two dvc 2 ohms. You have three ways to wire, .5 ohm, 2 ohm, and 4 ohm. Look into the Cresendo 2000d's, Sundowns or Skars... Ect.

I will back up the sundowns. I have 2 12" SA12's on a sundown SAZ-1500.1 V.3 and it clamps at more like 1930 watts... **** bangs.

I found this amp, its a budget amp but a while back custom enclosers recommended that amp for what I had, but since they are 1500w max each can I safely run a 3000w total to both of them on one channel or just 1500w total on one channel to both

So what amp are you refering to? Also always get a bigger amp than the subs, lower your gains and your whole car's electrical will improve.

He is running dual 2's, he needs something stable at .5 ohm or something serious at 2. That wouldn't be enough for 2 ohm and I wouldn't trust it at .5
