Im getting the Jensen CD2610 cd player player for $69.98 on www.cardomain.com. Well they are having this deal, buy a headunit and get a free installation kit and wiring harness. Now i have the installation kit for the malibu, Scosche #GM1587 but i cant find the correct wiring harness. I know I can get the whole installation kit and wiring harness on cobalt-addiction but thats another $50.00. So what wiring harness with work for me on cardomain or does someone have a harness that they dont want or need and possibly work a trade(whatever wiring harness is free off cardomain that u want)?

also will the malibu antenna adaptor work?

Can we just sticky a post stating what harness, installation kit, and antenna we need for a aftermarket headunit installation with part numbers? Because i did searches and no part numbers or names were given, just "installation kit" and "harness" etc..

i ordered my harness from crutchfield for $14 and i got it within 2-3 days

The wiring harness for G6, Equinox, Malibu, Cobalt, Pursuit and HHR should work.

Also the mounting kit is the same.

on another note you could always buy an '04 harness for a cavi or sunflower and pull the wires and re-run them.

Same harness almost but it fits in just fine. I did this with my stereo and haven't had any troubles.

i dont buy headunits or speakers or anything like that from crutchfield....i just bought my harness and mounting kit from there. everything else i buy from cardomain

ok thanks guys. Ill probly end up ordering everything from cardomain.

As far as prices, i couldnt believe the difference. CrutchField- $10 for antenna adaptor CarDomain- $5 for the same thing, there was like a $5 difference atleast between the same exact item. Same with the harness, and install kit... rediculous.... thats why it pays to shop around.
