I have the pioneer premium sound system and the tweeters are there, But of course the factory is crap, i am replacing them with Alpine Type -R 6.5 components when i can figure out how the hell to rip my door panels off.

Easy man... First pull the tweeter pod off. It's held in with 2 metal clips which just pull out. Once it's off, disconnect the connector for the factory tweeter.

Next, pull up on the back (iirc) of the switch panel in the door. Pull out the switch panel and disconnect the wire connectors.

Next, remove the two 7mm screws that are under where the switch panel was..

Now, the rest of the door is held on with plastic clips. Basically they just pull out of the door.

Once you get all the clips free, you have to lift up on the door panel to free it from the window dew wipe strip.

Now you need to disconnect the door latch cable from the door handle on the door panel...

It's been a while since I took my doors off, but I'm pretty sure that's it...

If you break anything, it's not my fault for telling you how

Hey, lol sorry. i didnt mean to sound frustrated with the whole thing.

I just was mad because it was snowing outside and i dont have a garage to work in.

Ive accomplished the install of the tweeters but it got too cold for me.

But I truly appreciate the reply, not everyone is willing to take the time to.

But as ive said in other forums, i will post somethings i know about.

not an expert, just know from experience.
