MP3 Player

Any ideas on how to hook up an MP3 player to a stock radio. FM transmitter is an option but I don't want to really sacrifice the quality, and have heard they don't always work correctly. I've looked for an adapter but have had no luck yet so I figured I would ask yall for some help. Thanks

the way I have my iPod (what type of MP3 player are you working with?) seamlessly integrated IE.. you can switch through tracks and all that good stuff with the buttons on the head unit. It's the same thing that BMW came out with like a year ago if you guys remember.

It's this.. I think this is the type of thing you were alluding to trying to find.. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1109233586109

I also have an FM transmitter for the bathroom and any other car. (I like my music ) It works fairly well.. but you can tell the generation loss.

An option that usually works (so long as your HU has an AUX input) is getting an 1/8" phono plug to RCA cord.. and hooking it up that way. I dont know what the hell kinda radio is stock in the Cobalt.

Any other help you need, I'm glad to help you try and find something that will work for your setup.

By stock I meant factory. I'm unsure to where they draw the line on the warranty and since this is my 1st brand new car I don't want to break it. THe only harnesses I have found are for GM vehicles up to 2004 and can't find any that are compatible with the Cobalts yet. So I figured I'd ask
