Wow, thats a lot of mismatched stuff. From personal experience, the more equipment you get from one company, the better it sounds.

Most importantly the speakers. Each company's lines have their own unique sound. Having one company in front and another in the back will really warp the full sound.

Thats just my opinion. Looks nice though.

yeah i agree but ive heard this setup before and it sounds really good. a lot of it comes from the crossovers on the amp

It may sound amazing... but like I said, I speak from experience. Especially speakers. I've heard tons of setups and having different company speakers is a big nono.

You'll be more happy with the kickers all around, guaranteed. Plus, I hate Kenwood's sound.

polk audio is ok.. honestly kicker makes some great **** for cheaper prices... If ur on a budget, then i would get kicker. I had them in my cobalt. i would put them in my sti... but i had to get 6.5's instead. Great head unit. poineer makes the best in my opinion.

My Planned Stereo

ALL audio companies test and tune their equipment with their own stuff. If you look at pioneer, mtx, jl, earthquake, kicker, etc., competition vehicles they all use as much of their own equipment as possible.

I figure that we have pioneer and that I should just upgrade. Here is what I'm planning:

DEH-P880PRS
Premier In-Dash CD/MP3/WMA/WAV Receiver with White Organic EL Display

TS-D901P
Premier 6" x 9" REV-series 2-Way Speaker with 350 Watts Max. Power

TS-C160R
6 1/2" REV Component Speaker Package with 250 Watts Max. Power

TS-W5102SPL
PremierŽ 12" Competition SPL Component Subwoofer

PRS-D5000SPL
Premier Competition SPL Digital Mono Amplifier with 3000 Watts Max. Power

PRS-D4000F
Premier PRS-Series 4-Channel Full-Range Class FD Amplifier with 1200 Watt Max. Power

Good luck with yours though

Whatever any of you do, stay away from audiobahn, seen to many people fall victim to the cheap stuff, even their most expensive has bad quality, it may be loud, but quality is a big thumbs down...

Its not about if their setup is "good" or not. Its totally about sound quality. Like I said before, it may sound good, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be better with the same company speakers all the way around.

Coming from an audiophile, stick with the same company.

Audiobahn amps are easy to get into and replace internal components. And for good reason.
