nav system help

Hey guys,
I have a pioneer avic f700bt nav system and I want to install it in my 06 ss/sc..I have all the wires from the system and I am having my buddy install it. He said to get the correct faceplate and wire harness. Does anyone have the correct part numbers for me? Also would there be a way tto maintain my steering wheel functions with the nav system?
Thanks

Check out metraonline.com or bestkits.com i work for bestbuy canada and both are sites i use on a daily basis for parts. I just installed my alpine 205 in my 06 cobalt and as long as you dont have your D.I.C ( Driver information console) through your radio i.e: mpg,oil life etc you wont need the expensive data module. Also for your steering wheel controls check out pac-audio.com as those are the ones i am familiar with. They will kill the bank at about 100$, and they are brand specific not car specific so make sure you find one for your pioneer. Other then that just pm me for any further questions

no coblats have the dic in the radio. with the 05-06 the module harness does nothing other then gives u acc. (possibly vss which might be helpful but idk) and keeping onstar is a bitch if u want that. so evil is pretty much correct

thanks a lot for the unput guys. I used those two websites and found the dbl din faceplate. I am not too sure if I need both a wireharness and the gm antenna to aftermarket radio wires though. I sent all the info and part numbers to my buddy who is an installer. He should know what I need and don't need.

Thanks again
