Need High Beam Help

So I just got a new set of HIDs and discovered I have an issue. With my last set of HIDs, my highbeams didn't work (they either didn't change at all, or would flick off very briefly and stay on my lows) and I wasn't sure what caused it, as my stock lights worked fine, so I just assumed it was an issue with the lights and since I only was doing city driving, I just said f*** it and left them. Well one burnt out, so I got another set, and this time got a better set of HIDs. I get them in, fire it up and guess what, still the exact same issue, so it's not the lights themselves. Has anyone had this come up before? Thanks in advance

If you're using a relay harness it could be a bad relay, also check the fuses. Make sure you have both bixenon bulbs and a bixenon relay harness.
