you can chose what 2 things it will read. it has a lot of things that it reads and you can chose 2 to view at a time. you can also change them

Im so confused dude... lol.. okay so let me get this straight... It reads alot of things ex.. Horsepower, engine temp, rpms, air intake temp... and it reads all of those at the same time but you can flip through them on one gauge? and it has a shift light?

correct. if you wanna read teh HP then set it to that and lets say coolant. if you want to read teh trans. temp then change one of the 2 you selected.

and you do that by.....? pressing a button? and what about the shift light?

yes theres a little button the you press that switches through the readings. and it does have a shift light

i think you just get a power source and plug it to the obd2 port
