New amp on stock sub?
I'm sure this has been asked before. Yes I searched for at least 20 minutes and couldn't find a straight answer.
How much more power can the stock sub hold? I have an old amp with the line-level inputs that I could use. I could run the existing wire that runs to the sub into the amp and the amp output obviously to the stock sub. I'm just worried about pushing it too far and blowing it. Anyone know the RMS and

u would still need to do an entire amp install regardless. only thing u could tap is the signal (which im assuming u ment)
how big is ur amp? stock is roughly 75w rms. IMO if ur gonna upgrade u should swap the sub as well. adding a bit of power on a sub thats close to maxed out isnt going to do as much as u would want... then your probably going to bump up the power to the sub and boom
