well im sure space and weight wise your busting my ass.
same sub but a 2.0cf box w/ a 600w RMS alpine V power amp.
It would have been nice to save trunk space like you did. Good work, I wish I could do that lol.

thanks again everyone
thats an idea, well see tho. i already put holes in the wall for the wires, plus it makes a pretty trunk setup for shows and ****. i am more performance based but we(Kutsuju) do about 12 shows a year in the south central.
my original alpine box wouldnt even fit in the trunk lol.
you going to make a new box or use the one you have?

its the same model as mine, except mines dual 2, yours is dual 4 i'm guessing? and they are rated at 500 rms and peak was somewhere around 1000, if i am not mistaken, because when they upgraded to what they have now the power handling never changed, in know the type r 10 inch is 300rms though... than again I could always beee wrong lol, but understandable if your not a big bass guy, 300 should push it just fine for smaller hits.
again great setup though

thats basically what i did, and threw a board over it and cut a 12" hole. if you do it yourself, which isnt THAT hard, as long as you have "some" experience with measuring and cutting wood. if you have the tools, all you need is the wood, screws, and some caulk, and i used 3 L brackets to mount it so it wouldnt move. i also went to jo-ann fabrics and got some charcol fabric/carpet and a can of spray adhesive. your looking at less than $50 bucks, a full day, and a headache... but it was worth it for me. i recommend having a friend or someone to help.
