New Head Unit

I just bought this headunit

http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...3W&tp=75&avf=N

Let me know what you think!

Am I going to lose my steering wheel controls when I hook this up?
I have the Pioneer Premium Setup.. Anything special I should know?

Okay, I don't really use my steering Wheel controls much anyways..
How much would it cost for the adapter though?
