New Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD double din unit installed...
Ok guys so i sold my Jensen double din unit and bought myself this really nice Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD... it plays everything except it doesnt have the SD card slot like my jensen did or navi.... but i never used navi so i dont really care..
also, i installed my Tsunami Competition 4 gauge amp kit.. its pretty sweet.
here are some random pics i took during the day while installing it...
heres the jensen as i took some of the panels off ready to remove it...
heres the RCA cable and remote wire from the amp kit i bought...
ok so heres where it got messy.. ALL the wires you see came from the Jensen.. the Jensen is really expandable and can add a lot of extra things to it so thats why the harness for it is a MESS
dont worry, all my **** in the cobalt is still in tact.
and heres where i was test fitting the dash kit onto the new pioneer unit...
and these last two pics are of the pioneer installed... we were at the gas station so i just used my cell phone.. i think it looks good
thanks
il get more pics up of it turned on... its really late so ima go to bed.

he said thats because the monitor itself can adjust back and forth... still, i like the my monitor looks flush with the dash...
everyone likes different things so thats cool
thanks man
but yeah, if youv never been there before, its basically a HUGE audio warehouse thats painted blue, you cant miss it... they sell everything you could possibly think of and they have bins full of harnesses... just ask any of the dudes for help, their really laid bak there.

you know what man, i would but if youv ever lived here in Phoenix, Arizona you would know that during the summer, the temperature in a parking lot can get up into 100 degrees in the afternoon... and with that kind of hot sunny weather, the Arizona sun ***** up your dash REAL quick... itl start pealing and getting dry causing it to fall apart.. my little dash mat protects it increasing its life so if i were you, id do some research before baggin on my dash mat...
in the winter, i take it off, but during the summer, you best believe i be using my dash mat every single day....
nice! i got mine for 320 shipped to my door brand new

nice man.. i bought the same deck for my car, i haven't installed it yet had a few questions..
Does it sit perfectly flush mount, judging by the pictures it looks quite flush, looks good might add.
++ did you have any problems fitting it in the Delco slot? ie. vents? plastic, wiring?
and did you have to buy a different cage for the deck or did it fit in with the stock cage?
