new system opinion
Just wanted to see what you all think about the system that i want to install. Just not sure what i want but its an idea. I have right now the pioneer avi-d3 and i'm thinking of going with Alpine type r's all around. The 6 1/2 component speakers in the front and the 6x9 rears, running on a rockford fosgate punch 4-channel 1350 watts. Also 1 10" alpine type r sub running on a rockford fosgate punch mono amp 975 watts. Also with a kicker 3-way crossover and a 2 fared capasitor. All on 4 gauge. Just looking for some opions on what you guys think and any suggestions would be great.

I have an old set of the R-type 6x9's and the way the tweeters were on a swivle it made for better imaging but lead to problems later. The connection became very loose and the cone part around the tweeter started to vibrate the loose tweeter and made the speaker sound like crap over all. The newer set of R-types I think have found a better way to solve this problem.
