new system pics

well finally got everything installed and took some pics. The head unit is a pioneer avi-d3 indash dvd/navi, alpine type r's all around, a alpine type r 10" sub, 2 rockford fosgate amps(4-ch 1350 and mono 925) and a stinger 1.2 fared cap and wires. so let me know what you think.

looks good but the amp rack takes too much space imo

yeah i know, i wanted to do something on both side of the box if it was in the middle but wasnt enough room and i didnt want everything on the back of the seat. So that was my only idea. I think that i might slide back the top shelf alittle so you can see the bottom amp more.

where did you get the deck and the install kit? Does your XM still work?

I got the dewck from best buy and they had to fab a install kit that i got from pioneer. And i got rid of xm and i have sirus. If you wanted to have those with this deck you have do buy the unit to plug into the back of the deck.

well yes and no. it was done by best buy cause i couldnt find anyone around me to do the job. Its not a bad job and its not great. I may mess around with it alittle bit.

imo it would look nicer if you could get a custom box... suspend the amps from the rear deck in that same fashion and have the box under one of them so you would gain all that space back and look even more custom

thats not a bad idea. I am still going to play with this alittle. i think i'm going to slide the topshelf back, so its looks higher and can see the bottom amp more. But we will see what happens.
