No Gauge Lights, No "PRNDL" light

So, seemingly this all started with a V-LED 6k Switchback kit...

It was raining tonight, and i noticed that when I turned on my right turn signal, the turn signal did not come on and instead it remained white instead of switching to amber for the turn signal.. I pulled over to a covered area and popped the hood to look, it appeared some water had possibly gotten around the connections despite heat shrink, dielectric grease and electrical tape... so anyway, after getting out to mess with the connection on the bulb, I was able to get it working just by unplugging it and drying the connections up and plugging it back in....but then I got in and my dash cluster is dark???

I have checked the following fuses:

the cluster fuse
the interior light fuse
the "switch backlight" fuse

When I turn the rheostat fully clockwise the radio lights come on, and when you turn it counter clockwise they go off....

I can't find a fuse thats blown..any ideas? any other fuses to check? What could I have goofed up by simply unplugging and plugging in again, the V-LEDs control box, note - I did not remove or adjust the 3157 Bulb plug, which is what this connects to...for those of you not familiar....
