Odometer and horn not working on 2008 cobalt

I just bought a 2008 cobalt which had been in an accident.
The air bags have fired and the left front wheel seems to have been replaced. (tire sensor reading fault and sensor missing)

The first problem is the odometer is stuck on the same number even though the speedo is working. Is there a sensor on the left front wheel or is it all taken from the transmission?

Second is the horn doesnt work which I read is caused by the air bag ignition. Is it simply a matter of replaing he clock spring or is that just one of the problems?

One other question, everytime I start the car I hear a knocking sound from the passenger airbag which I think is also fired. Is there a fuse I can pull to shut this up?

What can I expect to pay a mobile mechanic to fix these? The chevy dealer wanted 2000 dollars?!

Sincere thanks for replies.
