I have never hadOnstar before and I am curious how many people stay with the basic onstar package, or upgrade. I am thinking of adding the directions package but really wanted to know from someone who has it is it any good. My Murano has Navi and I use it all the time so I would like something similar in this car. How does it work???

i have onstar & i never used it once! i'm not going to pay for anyting extra i'm not going to use! i wouldnt bother with it just my opinion!

huh.... I have used it like 10 times in the few weeks I have had my car now. I wish I could hear from someone regarding the directions plan.... Otherwise I will have to add a nav head unit instead..

I like it. I think its worth it but I travel alot.

You get one free set of directions with the basic plan. I used mine and they were extremely helpful but not worth the price of me renewing it. I would rather invest in a GPS system.
