i paid 300 for the unit and **** texas boom box lol ill go in there and raise hell again lol and walk out with 2 more subs for free lol hahahahahah

If you get the GM harness, it allows you to keep using the built in amp and sub.
I got my deck at CircuitCity back in November and at that time, they included the iPod adaptor for free, I also bought the dash kit there and that was about $23. The wire harness was about $40 or so.
There is an AUX input on the face of the stereo that you can use to plug in your iPod but it won't show the names of the bands and song titles on the screen as it will with the iPod adaptor. You would have to use the iPod to change songs and pause and play.
Last week I bought the XM unit also. That was $99 at BestBuy and I installed it myself. Pretty easy to do.
It's not lit up on the display because they don't have the parts installed to enable them. The BT unit is about $170.
All of those buttons will only become active when that part is installed.
