Question On Stock Radio

Hey guys, i was wondering. I have the lt2 package, 4 speakers stock radio ya know? with xm. I was wondering, if i bought one of the subwoofers..the stock pioneers if i would be able to hook that up alone? or would i need an amp and other stuff. I don't know if the stock radio has a spot for a sub. Just lemme know, Thanks guy! have a good one!

no. the pioneer audio system has a different amplifier and different wiring. besides, the stock sub is weak sauce. better off getting an aftermarket amp and sub anyways.

I would have to agree. The stock sub is okay. Not great, not bad. But if I did not have one to begin with, I would definately go a different route.
