Do you think i could use an adaptor from 2.5 to 3.5mm??would it distort sound???and do you think that the information passed thru that relay is not sirius specific? Would you recommend me I go for the regular fm modulator(with a switch) that was used in this post or use that sirius that costs half of the price and has an automatic switch so I dont have to be turning it on and off??

You can use an adapter...I doubt it will make a difference in the quality for you to notice. I'm not understanding what you mean by information...a signal is a signal...

If it doesn't work; just take it back...make sure you open the package carefully and save the reciept. I'm sure it will work though.

I would rather have my ipod hard-wired to the radio inputs. It's cool for those out in the rural parts where there is lots of free space on the radio, but in the city every other .3hz on the radio is a new channel.
