I have a rattle in the glove box and I hear a rattle near the rear passenger seat. Also the plastic covers to the child seat clips bounce up and down which creates an annoying noise as well.
I just got used to it.

hmmm, i wonder if they would do that, or say no cuz of my system
what do you think?

Are you unhappy with the way your car is acting? Service it! Its under warrenty! Who cares if it has a system in it, the fact is, even without the system [hint]you would get rattle driving down a bumpy road [/hint]

i used a 100 square feet on dynamat and did the whole trunk, chassis, and ceiling
my rear speaker deck shakes, and so does the headliner
how do you soundproof a headliner??
are you sure its quality dynamat...that is a butt load of money...and im not quite sure where you would have all of that...my whole trunk was dynamatted with 36 and the 6x9 rack thing..plus 2 sheets are on my trunk lid..so if you have 100sq feet..than you probably wasted some somewhere...make sure you dont just apply the whole sheet itself..cut it up and make sure there are no air pockets..and its flush against what your applying it too..i also cut little squares and take things apart..and put the dynamat over the bolt hole or screw or whatever it attatches to on the frame then screw the bolt, screw, or push the clip through it..that helps rattling pieces... ...Ill take some pictures today of my trunk...i doubt youll see the bottom or sides becuase i dont have time to take everything out..but my 6x9 rack and trunk lid i should have up

Can you post some pics of that 100 sq/ft in action ?
Most likely there are air several air pockets or the the layers are not snug against eachother, causing a resonation of sorts. I have quite a bit of experience with sound proofing. You are going for solid mass, air, mass, or MAM system to dead out the sound. This is referred to as a 2 leif design. I need to see install pictures before I can guess anymore lol. It sounds like you may have just packed this all in there without a lot of regard for acoustics. 100sq/ft in a trunk may be a wee bit too much. what about acoustic sealant? Everywhere there is a flange or where two pieces of material meet, there is a possibility of rattle (resonation). ESPECIALLY with ultra low frequency sub woofers. I am sure some can loosen bolts... Your problems are with physics not a chevy cobalt ss

i used 100 sq ft, my buddy works for an audio company, and he ordered a whole roll of it, so i took some
i put the sheets at a 45 degree angle whenever possible, and heated it up to press it down everywhere
it was my first time using this stuff, and it was a pain in the ass, and i can almost guarantee i did **** job based on your guys posts
i wish i had just used spray soundproofing, worked amazing in my old car
here are a couple pics i have of it
i linked em cuz theyre huge
