Rear view mirror vibrating

Does anyone have a problem with there rear view mirror vibrating down when u got the tunes pumping loud? I cant even tune up my system very loud becasue then I well start seeing my back seat in the rear view, so I always have to readjust it.
Any tip of how to tightening it? Ive tried some electrical tape around the joint of at the back but still doesn't hold it good.

I found a rubber peice that you stuck between the mirror and the window to keep the vibrations down in my GTI

The town I live in has a Police Force that is less than friendly to cars with any kind of mods, so I live my life in my rear view, but evey time I go to check it , all I get is the ebrake handle or the shifter, This was the main reason for the reverse camera being wired into the aux video in, that way I can check whenever I want. Way to many cops in way to small of a town with nothing better to do

Tape is wearing out due to alot of vibrations, mine does it cause of poly mounts and my music too, a simple tightening should fix it, if not, don;t bump so hard, its a cobalt not a civic.

ps electrical tape is the worst fix possible, get 3m double sided tape if you use tape.

My problem is more in the first "knuckle" I haven't looked very hard but is there a screw there as well or just the one screw at the base?

the stock system and sub will make the mirror bounce. any upgraded system will make the mirro fall off

driving around with your bass too loud is what's ghetto.

that might be cool for high school, but in reality it sounds dumb and is bad for your car

Not if you cover it with some fancy duct tape
Its not that big of a deal, not enough to pull out the epoxy anyway, I try the dampner and tighten the screw, if that don't cut it, no biggie
