Relocated Traction Control Button!

So, I have been thinking ever since I got the car how horrible the location of the TC button is, its very inconvenient. So I relocated it.... Here's some pics..... Now I just need to figure out I am going to recces the button into the plastic...

But here yah go....

I was gonna do a How To, but its such a simple thing to do.

where it used to be(for those without TC)

I just didn't like the location of it, it is inconvenient. Much better right next to the Shifter

try turtle wax polishing compound for the trim, otherwise wet sand it with 2000grit and clear it nice and heavy.
also I noticed you don't have that horrible tan 2 tone like all the other balts, did chevy finally change it to black? or did you paint it?

I like the idea. But I'd think maybe next to the cig lighter under the HVAC might have been better but thats just me.

The SS and GT's have all black interior. Only two-tone is the door panel inserts and seats but thats on the SS' only.

its inconvenient no matter where it located if you ask me...convenient would of been factory mounted as one of the buttons in the steering wheel. but your location is better than factory thou still, nice job!!

Thanks......and the switch stays.....Way too many people at car shows get curious as to what its for. Plus there is a large hole there if I were to take it out..... That switch is going to double as the N20 activation switch later on as well......

I could relocate it and add something in its place though. Can't go any smaller in size for the switch and its needs the saftey cover for it.

Any suggestions people?
