Remove all your trim, pull the part under the steering wheel off, then pull the trim to the right of the steering wheel, then open the glove box, and pull the longest piece off on the right side of the car, then you can pull off your center trim, unclip any pieces needed, and there should be 4 bolts, I can't remember the size off the top of my head, it's either 7, 10, or 11. Then pull it out. Done! There are a few how-to located on the site if you want to find How to remove your dash trim.
