Replace factory Pioneer tweeters??

Hey guys,just wondering if anyone has replaced there factory tweeters that have the 7 speaker pioneer system,looking for tweeters with a little more high end???Any ideas for a direct replacement fit??Thanks

If your looking to replace your factory setup look into the Infinity speakers.
They run at 2 ohms just like the factory

ther eprobably isnt a direct replacement but almost anything will be better then factory. the mylar domes are really shitty tweeters

I tryed that i thought that tweeters it came with sounded like **** so i returned them

lol what do u consider more high end? can u be more specific?

theres more tweeters out there then you can imagine but if u give me an idea of what ur looking for i might be able to help

hey emperor,I listen to rock and contemp,have a separate 300 watt amp on my sub,alpine sub,infinty's in the front doors and rear deck running off the factory amp in my 09.thanks

mmm i would look for a silk dome. they sound more "natural" a metal dome tweet is alot more harsh especially for higher freqs and just might be confused for "more high end" if that makes sense

so theres really nothing out there that just be bolted in place of the stock tweeters? that kinda sucks caz i get some static outta mine depending on the song.

i had performance technique tweeters in the last car and they were prity good and i listened to alot of rap

well what if i was to pry the stock ones out and tap new holes for aftermarket ones to screw into? my biggest worry is finding something that fits behind the factory "enclosure" for lack of better words. i mean i should be able to find something that small right?
