I decided to make the LEDs not as bright when the parking lights are on and go to full brightness when the brakes are on or when the turn signal is on.
This should help. Parts used 2 20K ohm adjustable Resistors and 4 1N4001 Diodes.
With the adjustable resistors you can change the brightness of the lights when the parking lights are on. the higher the resistance the more dim they will appear. If there is not enough resistance when you hit the brake or turn signal there will not be a visible change in the brightness.

So does this mean that the Lights will always be on when the parking lights are on, then get brighter when you press the brake pedal, and blink when you have the turn signal on?
If so (which is what I would be after too), what happens when you Hit the breaks and the turn signal? will they be ok?
