Security Camera

Anyone had a successful security camera setup in their car? Something wireless maybe with either a rechargeable battery or that wont kill the car? I want to start the retards that are screwing with my car even around the Viper alarm, this is the best setup I can think of.

eclipse audiomade a pretty pricy system just before they stopped operations in the us.

I would look into a small sealed motorcycle battery and a batty isolator for it so the alt will charge it but with the car off it will be separate from the starting batt

i would possibly look for one with a motion detector or something thats more efficient so u don't have to worry to much about running out of power.

your main problem is going to be finding an effective place to put it

GSM Remote Security Camera with Nightvision + Motion Detection

Motion Detection Wall Surveillance DVR - 1/4 Inch CCD + IR Light

BUT here is the problem: night vision LED's do not work through glass. so you end up seeing nothing. I bought camera off this site to secure my house, but my plan on putting the camera on the inside of my window to monitor the outside FAILED. lol - oh well.

If you live in a house, I would suggest camaras for your driveway... but if you are in a apt complex... not sure what you could do...
