um ya no... you can upgrade to a shallow pioneer sub and add on an extrernal amplifier for a little more in the stock box but i wouldnt expect it to rock your socks. also no normal sub will fit in the stock box only shallows

so if i get a... TS-SW251 - 10" Shallow Mount IMPP Component Subwoofer with 800 Watts Max. Power | Pioneer Electronics USA (800w shallow 10in) it wont really make a difference but if i get an external amp it will? cuz i dont really want to get an amp..

if u really want a difference, yes you will need a higher output amp. its like bolting an engine but keeping the same injector size. it will be a little more loud and clear but your putting out the same power

nope the amp is a 6 channel amp underneath the dash (to the left of the steering column)

are u mainly just worried about space or? price?

the best space conscious approach i would do is the kenwood kfc-xw1000 in the stock box and the arc audio KS 125.2 mini in the wheel well (i'm pretty sure it will fit even with the spare but idk for sure)

right right... well the knewood shallow is probably the best one ive had experiance with personally that woudl work in our stock box and anything thats 200-250w rms will work great for it. the arc audio mini amps are good but pricey but thats probably going to be the only one u can hide so its not seen at all. Theres several others in small packages that will fit on the back of the seat or something and only take up 2" or so of actual trunk space

I've been very happy with my Rockford Fosgate Shallow P3 in the stock box, and a 280 watt RMS amp. deffinately better then stock.
