Signal question

Ok, my Fm signal sucks ass on this car, is this normal for these (Base LS)? And is there anyway to improve it? I HATE hearing static!

Are you in rural Iowa or near a city? IDK about the base LS, but I get good reception in my SS/SC, except in the foot hills. It's OK once I get up in the mountains above the valleys and canyons though.

Capitol city (des moines). I get good reception in the other vehicles (truck, blazer, honda, and mustang) but mine gets shitty signal, it is the only one that has static in the driveway

I'll have to do that when i get it back from the shop (getting windows tinted). Hopefully it is just something simple like that.

I checked it, it was connected. Would a new deck make any difference? I don't think it would because you still have to use the same antenna type stuff but then again i don't know much about audio.
