Where are you mounting your ballast at? Are the ballast you are ordering water proof?
I would start buy checking the driver side ballast with the passenger side bulb. $20 says the bulb is done and the new ballast got it to kick on just because of the "fresh" power. New bulbs and a good water proofing and walla.

Well the ballast is kind of just sitting there, but it doesn't move, hasn't gotten wet, and I don't have a relay harness, I'm going to check for blown fuses today after work, I have another set of bulbs too, and I'm not sure if the ballast is water proof, but its RTX's new updated design

i would buy the relay harness first oviosly your going to want to check bulbs and stuff but if the ballasts are getting starved for power due to wiring ya makes sense why they keep blowing up. relay harness will fix that. now theres also a good chance they are shitty ass broken ballasts to begin with and thats going to be pretty much how it is accross the boad. buy hids isnt going to be any better really so i would also explore warranty options on the new ballast you just got. u might not get anything idk their polices but its worth a shot regardless

GRRR this thread pisses me off! i had a full ******* kit from buyhids... i wound up buying everything seperately because i'd piece it together and kept having issues of one headlight or the other not turning on... finally had it all working great for like 3 months. all of a sudden last week they just dont work at all. i finally said **** it, ripped it all out and now just have stock headlights. /rant

hah, no, nothing but crap. Have had quite a few of their kits crap out on me after a short period of time, and even got a set of bulbs from them that were way out of spec. Hid kits are truly a you get what you pay for situation.
Also OP, there are countless posts (many by me) saying that you need to pull your DRL fuse and you should be running a relay harness.

Well I'm getting a new ballast through warranty, and, I know its more than likely possible, but does anyone know if I can make my own relay harness? I have tons relays and wires in the garage, because if I order them I can't really wait for them, I'd have to make them while I'm waiting for my ballast so I can ut it together right away, they put out a new law, and you can get a $250 ticket for having a light out :/
