Speaker help

So i have a 2007 cobalt LT and i blew the left front speaker and i was gunna replace it (and the front right at the same time) with these 6.5 in poineer speakers

Amazon.com: Pioneer TS-G1643R 6.5-Inch 2-Way Speakers (Pair): Electronics

but i have a wiring question:

will i need a metra harness and have to rewire all 4 of my speakers and everything or could i somehow just use the stock harness and get these speakers to run of that (somehow getting the wiring at the door to work with these)?

Also will the stock cobalt harness handle 3 way speakers in the door or only 2 way speakers?

fyi those speakers are a downgrade from stock but if you dont wanna buy the metra adapter just cut the wires, attach your own speaker tabs and done

Amazon.com: Pioneer TS-A1674R A-Series 6 1/2" 3-Way 300 Watts: Electronics

It's a huge misnomer that paper cones are "horrible". Their greatest weakness being durability and resistance to moisture, but they have their strengths too....Paper cones tend to be lighter and more sensitive, providing solid midbass.....That's why, like JJ said, sometimes it's a downgrade even when the materials look more appealing to the eye..I mean hell, some Hertz models use paper cones too and they're great speakers....If I were to upgrade though, in the price range it seems you are trying to aim for (30-40 bucks), I would rather take these kenwood excelon KFCs over those TS pioneers any day....:
